To develop our children into great scientists, we follow the White Rose Science curriculum, which builds on previously taught skills and knowledge. We chose this curriculum for its inspiring and inclusive approach, ensuring all pupils deepen their scientific understanding and develop essential skills for success.

We believe science should be ‘hands-on and minds-on’, engaging children through practical activities that bring key concepts to life. Hands-on learning helps children deepen their understanding of scientific processes in a meaningful way.

To make learning both relevant and inspiring, every small step in our curriculum includes practical ideas that encourage exploration, curiosity, and discovery.
